If you cannot find the answer to your question, our 24/7 live chat support is always ready.
Account and Registration
Account and Registration
To open an account at ba99o, you need an active mobile number and a valid email address. The registration process is conducted entirely in Bengali and takes just a few minutes. Make sure to enter your personal information accurately during registration, as it will be verified at the time of withdrawal.
No, only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts with the same mobile number or email may result in all accounts being permanently closed and the balance being forfeited. ba99o strictly enforces this rule to maintain a fair gaming environment.
If you have trouble logging in, first use the "Forgot Password" option — a verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. If the problem persists, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Always use the official ba99o site to avoid issues.
Verification is generally completed quickly once you submit a clear photo of your national ID card or passport. ba99o may ask you to complete KYC when making a large withdrawal for the first time. Once verification is done, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered number.
ba99o strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Only those aged 21 or older may open an account and play any game. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately, and a guardian will be notified if necessary.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are generally instant — in most cases the amount is added to your ba99o balance within seconds. If there is a delay for any reason, wait 5 minutes and refresh the page. If the problem continues, contact live chat with your bKash transaction ID.
The minimum deposit at ba99o is ৳100 — applicable for any method including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Your account balance must be at least this amount to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawals via Nagad are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same timeframe applies to all methods. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on the bank's own processing time.
ba99o generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction charges, which depend entirely on the provider's policy. For bank transfers, your bank's interbank charges may apply.
Yes, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking) is a supported payment method at ba99o. Just like bKash and Nagad, you can deposit a minimum of ৳100 via Rocket and transactions are processed quickly. Before depositing, make sure your Rocket number is linked to your ba99o account.
Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If more time has passed, contact ba99o live chat directly with your withdrawal ID. Our support team will review the situation quickly and provide a resolution. If KYC verification is incomplete, your withdrawal may be on hold.
Games and Rules
Games and Rules
To bet on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) matches, log in to ba99o and go to the Cricket section. Select the BPL match you want from the match list, choose your bet type (match winner, toss, total runs, etc.), set your amount, and confirm. Bets can be changed up until the match starts.
Yes, ba99o is fully mobile-friendly. The site can be used easily from the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone. Slots, live casino, and cricket betting all work normally on mobile. Make sure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience.
RTP (Return to Player) is a game's theoretical return rate — a measure of what percentage of the total money wagered over a long period is returned to players. It is a mathematical average, not a guarantee of winning in any single session. A higher RTP means the game returns comparatively more over the long term.
Yes, ba99o's live casino section includes real-time studio games from well-known providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Trained professional dealers run the games via live video feed. Players can talk to the dealer through live chat.
ba99o uses software only from recognized game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.), who use third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every spin or bet is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.
Aviator by Spribe is a crash-style game. A plane starts flying and the multiplier keeps increasing. You need to hit the cash-out button before the plane crashes. If you cash out in time, your bet amount is multiplied by that multiplier and your winnings are confirmed.

The wagering requirement for ba99o's welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
