ba99o (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is a premium online gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. By using this website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the ba99o platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted — the account holder must use their own payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

ba99o operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5%.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other users during play (Collusion).

5.2 Ensuring Fair Play
